Dimitris Mylonas DDS, MSc

Dr Dimitris Mylonas graduated from the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1997. In 2013 he completed the graduate program in Prosthodontics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA and received the Master of Science degree. From 2003 to 2005 he was Clinical Instructor at the Department of Prosthodontics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Then, from 2005 to 2006 he was an ΙΤΙ Scholar with a scholarship from the ITI Foundation, at the Department of Periodontology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was trained in surgical techniques in implant dentistry.

He has received the scholarship from the Foundation of State Scholarships 1991, the Antonios Papadakis scholarship (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) 1994-1996, the Gerondelis Foundation scholarship (Boston, USA) 2001, 2002 and the ITI Foundation scholarship 2005. He is a member of many scientific societies and registered speaker of the Greek sector of the International Team for Implantology.

Since 2007 he has been practicing exclusively prosthodontics and implant dentistry. He is clinical instructor at the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Athens. He collaborates with Dental Group as a prosthodontist focusing on the rehabilitation of complex restorative cases, aesthetic cases and implant dentistry.
